Contact via WhatsApp

When you contact us via WhatsApp (+39 0735 340100), we process your phone number, profile name and message content in order to respond to your request. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes data in accordance with its own privacy notice when you open the chat.

We do not collect sensitive data (special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR) through the website. The hosting server may automatically record technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) for security and service operation purposes, without user profiling.

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form or WhatsApp (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures or consent);
